What are backlinks and why is it important for my web site to have them?
A backlink is nothing more than a link from another site to yours. The reason why you need to have them is because backlinks are the primary component of the top search engine's ranking algorithms. Oversimplified but mostly true, the more high quality backlinks your site has, the higher it will rank in the search engines.
How is iBacklinkPRO different from the competition?
Right now, iBacklinkPRO is unique in the marketplace; by definition, we have no competitors. Those who compare our services to others who find backlinks forget one significant consideration. Our "competitors" only find backlinks for other websites. iBacklinkPRO not only finds them, but also analyzes these backlinks to determine their quality. We use a number of different metrics, including Alexa, Google PR, and other factors which allows us to show only the highest quality backlinks to you.
You advertise returning up to 10,000 backlinks, but when I scan, I only get X, why?
That is perhaps the most important question you can ask, so thank you for asking! First of all, not all sites actually have 10,000 backlinks, obviously we cannot find backlinks that do not exist. However, if the site you are researching has 10,000 backlinks and our bots have discovered them, rest assured, we are analyzing all (or up to) 10,000 of them. That brings us to the second point. Based upon our unique product offering (see the above question) we filter out any backlink that is not of at least decent quality (for example we filter out any domain that has Google Page Rank 0) this typically significantly reduces the amount of backlinks that we end up showing. Do you really want a backlink from a Google PR 0 domain anyways? Obviously, no.
Can iBacklinkPRO find every single backlink that my competitor's website has?
Our bot follows all robots.txt instructions. If the page is not closed for crawling, we index it. We cannot guarantee that we will find every single fresh backlink even if some of them have a high Google PR. However, we are able to find a great majority of them!
What is the difference between the Free Demo and the Full version?
The Free Demo gives you a taste of most of the features of the Full Version. The major drawback is that the Free Demo version limits you to only 100 backlinks and it does not show Google PageRank rating, whereas in the Full version you will get up to 10,000 backlinks, and Google PageRank rating for the domain and backlinking page. The Full version also gives you access to a filtered list of only the best backlinks. The demo limits you to view your 20 most recent analyzed URLs, whereas the Full Version lets you see them all. The Full Version also allows you to categorize your previously analyzed URLs and the demo does not. So go ahead, enjoy your 100 free backlinks, but be warned, once you get a taste, you'll be hungry for more.
How many websites can I analyze with Free Demo version?
The Free Demo was designed to get you hooked on iBacklinkPRO, whether it takes one time or a hundred. That means you get to scan as many sites as you want with the Free Demo, the only limitation is that you can only see 100 backlinks per URL.
Why am I not getting the email with the Access Code?
Our servers send an Access Code email immediately after registering for the Free Demo or purchasing credits for thr Full version, but sometimes that email takes the long way to get to your inbox; sometimes it ends up in your spam folder. Please give it up to 20 minutes after registering or buying credits and also check your spam folder. If there is still no email after that then please contact us by using our contact page.
What if I close the iBacklinkPRO window or lose my internet connection while it’s in the process of gathering data?
Fortunately, our software will still finish analyzing the website to 100% completion. When you log back into your account and you will have a link to view a complete report of the analyzed URL in the “Previously Analyzed URLs” section.
What if I close the iBacklinkPRO window or lose my internet connection while I’m in queue?
In this case the software will not scan that url but wait for you to come back and try analyzing that URL again, but don't worry, none of credits will be subtracted from your account.
How do I convert my Free Demo to Full version?
There's an easy way and a hard way. The easy way is if you have your Demo account registered under the same email as the one you use to log into PayPal, then your account will automatically be upgraded to the Full version once you get some credits. The hard way is if your Demo account is registered under a different email from your PayPal account, then, after getting some credits, you will have two different iBacklinkPRO accounts, one for the Free Demo and the other for the Full version.
How do I change my email address with you? OR What if my PayPal email has changed?
Your iBacklinkPRO account is linked to the email you use with PayPal, therefore, if you changed the email that you use to log into PayPal, you will also need to change the email address you use with us. Please contact us via the contact page and provide your new email, as well as your current email with us and its Access Code. Please also verify that your new email address has been successfully updated with PayPal to avoid payment processing difficulties.
Why am I getting Out Of Memory errors in my results?
This means that the website you are analyzing has many of its backlinks on huge pages, like several megabytes huge. Unfortunately our servers do have certain limitations, and RAM is one of them. We apologize for any inconvenience and perhaps someday soon we can upgrade our servers to handle even these monsters.
How long does it usually take for iBacklinkPRO to analyze a URL?
Great question! The Free Demo with 100 backlinks usually takes less than a minute while the Full version with up to 10,000 backlinks usually takes about 10 minutes, however there are some websites that have their backlinks on very slow servers that can take more than 20 minutes.
I am the owner/manager/etc of my company and I want to be able to distribute credits to others, how can I do that?
